Koto Asian Street Food Cork Interior
The interior is calm, modern and relaxing. We love an atmosphere that matches our mood. The lighting in Koto created a very romantic and cozy environment.
The dishes did not disappoint.
We had a selection of dishes, cocktails and a dessert served with friendly and prompt service.
If you love the flavour of curry but aren’t a fan of spice then the Katsu Curry is a good option. The chicken was breaded with Panko providing a nice crunch and fried flavor. The curry sauce was smooth, mild and very tasty. The salad was fresh and had a lovely spicy dressing which gave the overall dish a nice kick. The Red duck curry was both sweet and spicy and the flavours combined well together to provide a very satisfying dish. Our plates were empty going back to the kitchen.
Koto Cork Dessert
For dessert we enjoyed a Chocolate Ice cream Brownie; drizzled with carmel sauce and crispy hazelnuts. If you don’t feel like eating a full dish but are craving something sweet visit Koto for dessert. We recommend the chocolate brownie, you won’t be disappointed! Or else you could enjoy a catch up with a friend over wine/cocktail. For coffee lovers that want an extra boost we recommend the Expresso Cocktail.
Exciting Cocktail Menu
Jeff, the owner says “We make everything fresh, our curries, sauces and desserts. We also have an exciting wine and cocktails menu with a selection of Asian beers and some Irish craft beers. As we make all our dishes to order, we can cater for those who have allergies or dietary requirements.”
When choosing a place to eat it is vital that restaurants cater for allergies and we love that Koto caters for this!
